Since 2011, IL Monello has been serving up the very best Italian food in Peapack, NJ, wrapped in a fine dining atmosphere. We strive to maintain a luxury dining experience in one of New Jersey’s most affluent neighborhoods, occupying a landmark venue that has been the home to successful restaurants for nearly a century.

Our Fine Dining Venue
We strive to maintain the appeal and comfort of a traditional high-class eatery at all times, and request a smart-casual dress code. Our venue offers ambiance that makes for great conversation, superb dining and a time you won’t soon forget.
At IL Monello, we have a bring your own bottle (BYOB) policy and encourage guests to bring a favorite bottle of wine or other spirits with them. For cocktails and mixed spirits, we have prepared mixes and bartending staff ready to make a delicious drink for you.
Our venue seats 115 (first and second floor), with private party spaces for up to 60 people and dining for 120 outside (in summer). Our spacious parking lot has 200 spaces available, for added convenience.
Meet the Chef
Our authentic Italian cuisine in Peapack, NJ is prepared by a world-class chef, trained in the traditions of classic Abruzzese cooks. Martino Asagjeka cooks from the heart and takes pleasure in crafting every meal to the very highest standards. He has been a chef for more than three decades, working in some of the finest Italian restaurants and steakhouses in the region, including high-end venues in New York City.
Chef Asagjeka puts the quality of food and the integrity of traditional preparation above all else. He cooks everything to-order using only the best in locally-sourced, fresh ingredients. From making pasta by hand to plating and presentation, everything is as much art as it is cuisine with chef Asagjeka in our kitchen!
