"I had the best dining experience in my life at IL Monello last night - and I worked at a fine dining restaurant and ate their food. Everything from the complimentary antipasto through to the homemade sambuca was superb. I ordered their black spaghetti, which contained the most succulently cooked seafood variety over homemade pasta and my partner had the Pollo Caruso which was also excellent. We had minestrone soup and a tricolor salad before the meal. Portions of everything are generous. All with our own BYOB bottle of Chianti. The atmosphere was perfect for our second date. There were families as well, so cozy. The service staff was awesomely accommodating. I've never been to Italy but if it's like this I want to go!"

"Servers were attentive, food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. Atmosphere was nice, good music, my only issue is that the tables are really close, not my favorite. This restaurant is about 30 minutes away from me, but I will definitely be going back."

"Absolutely fantastic dining experience. The food, service and entire experience was exceptional. The chef came out and chatted for a bit, brought out some homemade wine with the meal and made for a fantastic time! Loved it when they rolled up tableside with a huge wheel of parm cheese and freshly sliced pieces off. Real “old school”. My wife and I had a great, great meal and an awesome afternoon out. Weather was sunny and warm so we sat outside. The staff was super attentive - totally recommend this place. Food is outstanding - haven’t had anything this good since our travels to Italy!! Will be back with the rest of the family soon."
